Cooking instructor, Sandhya Jain,<br />

will lead the group on a fascinating<br />

culinary excursion. Sandhya<br />

will show and pass around various<br />

spices, describe their use in<br />

India cooking, and discuss their<br />

health benefits. Sample bags of<br />

essential Indian spices will be<br />

handed out, and Sandhya will<br />

have exotic harder-to-find spices<br />

each Saturday. A prebuy<br />

for $20 is available during the<br />

week at the Post and allows for<br />

entrance in all 10 drawings. The<br />

winners of the pre-buys need not<br />

be present to win. The prizes include<br />

sirloin steak tips, sausage,<br />

ground sirloin burgers, center<br />

cut pork chops, whole or cut<br />

chicken, ground sirloin burgers,<br />

chicken wings, and much more.<br />

The drawings also include 50/50<br />

money raffles. The Meat Raffle is<br />
