the AGM, the chosen Eric Poliak Award winner<br />
is presented with a beautiful bronze statue,<br />
engraved with their name. Their name is also<br />
engraved on the AmSoc plaque displayed in<br />
our office, and at various events.<br />
Even if someone was nominated and not<br />
chosen as the winner, their name will remain<br />
on the list for future consideration.<br />
We have started this year’s process of selecting<br />
the person who has served our community<br />
above and beyond the call of duty! Send your<br />
nominations, with a short synopsis explaining<br />
what this person has done to deserve the<br />
honor, to Marlene Rubiez at mrubeiz@uol.com.<br />
br. These submissions are kept strictly private,<br />
but must be received before March 1 st !<br />
There are many around us whose dedication to<br />
the community deserves recognition, and the<br />
Eric Poliak Award is given to only one nominee.<br />
