LOCATION & ACCESS<br />
Located approximately 38 road miles<br />
northwest of Cody, Wyoming, via<br />
Highway 120 and <strong>Canyon</strong> Road, the<br />
Ranch is extremely private. With a<br />
private bridge across the <strong>Clarks</strong> <strong>Fork</strong><br />
Yellowstone River, the property has a<br />
feeling of place and purpose.<br />
Cody, with a population of<br />
approximately 9,520, is a very historic<br />
and entertaining western town.<br />
This welcoming town has nightly<br />
rodeos from June 1 through August<br />
31, a historic downtown lined with<br />
interesting shops and restaurants, the<br />
Buffalo Bill Historical Center, guiding<br />
services for whitewater rafting,<br />
hunting, hiking, fishing, backpacking,<br />
and rock climbing, and is the logical<br />
resting spot before entering the east<br />
entrance of Yellowstone National<br />

Regional Airport are available with<br />
regular flights to Denver and Salt Lake<br />
