The mystery to BUM marketing dwells<br />
in the keywords. Essentially, you need to<br />
discover keywords or keyword phrases<br />

modest competition or a low number of<br />

When one thinks of leadership, you think of<br />
CEOS, executives, coaches and dads. Webster<br />
defines leadership as directorship,<br />
management and guidance, but actually<br />
leadership is a mindset and way of being. As a<br />
leader, we imagine what kind of person we<br />
would want to hire and how we should<br />
project that attitude. Mindset is influential as<br />
it determines how you channel your<br />
emotions, gage your reactions, make your<br />
decisions and most importantly the actions<br />
you take as a leader. Your mindset is who you<br />
are. Your mindset is a direct reflection of your<br />
beliefs, attitude and expectations that<br />
determine how you lead. Mindset can<br />
ultimately effect an employees performance,<br />
productivity and ultimately overall customer<br />
service.<br />
Human Resources professionals have a<br />
powerful position when it comes to<br />
leadership. We set the tone. We are<br />
essentially the police of conduct, character<br />
and yes - attitude. HR's goal is to identify<br />
positive productive employees that result in<br />
leaders<br />
No one person made the dream work<br />
without the team work. ( Yes, I know, a<br />
cliché).<br />
A leader can be most effective by<br />
influencing change through example<br />
and positive reform when creative<br />
strategies are implemented. Leaders<br />
can't lead from behind your desk - you<br />
have to walk around and talk to your<br />
people.<br />

favorite from the movie Remember The<br />
Titans..." ...attitude reflects leadership ".<br />

leadership; my philosophy of leadership is that<br />
it is one's character. There are three major<br />
characteristics of a leader. The first is being<br />
effective through genuine communication. No<br />
one respects a leader who can't relate - just be<br />
yourself. If you can't communicate with your<br />
staff, be honest, seek help by diversifying your<br />
perspective. We know how to get it done in HR<br />
and are there as your leadership resource.<br />
Second, be present. Being involved with your<br />
staff and responding to their needs personally<br />
as well as professionally goes a long way. And<br />
lastly, having a vision and sharing it with your<br />
team.<br />
