schedule <strong>or</strong> plan th<strong>at</strong> <strong>in</strong>cludes a daily rout<strong>in</strong>e. This plan <strong>in</strong>cludes wake up and sleep times, your<br />

course and w<strong>or</strong>k schedules, study times, leisure activities and sh<strong>or</strong>t-term and long-term goals.<br />

academically, look f<strong>or</strong> a tut<strong>or</strong> <strong>or</strong> jo<strong>in</strong> <strong>or</strong> start a study group <strong>or</strong> visit a learn<strong>in</strong>g centre. The health<br />

centre can also help ensure you lead a safe, healthy lifestyle. Supp<strong>or</strong>t groups and student clubs<br />

<strong>or</strong> activities can allevi<strong>at</strong>e stress, anxiety and even lonel<strong>in</strong>ess, as well.<br />
