The first year of college <strong>or</strong> university can be fun and very excit<strong>in</strong>g. It can also be stressful, <strong>at</strong><br />

times. Discover some proven tips to help make your transition <strong>in</strong>to post-secondary as smooth<br />

as possible. Not only can these tips help students survive freshman year, they can help you<br />

become a better student all around. Th<strong>in</strong>gs th<strong>at</strong> <strong>in</strong>clude communic<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g with your family,<br />

follow<strong>in</strong>g a schedule, e<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g as healthily as possible, ask<strong>in</strong>g f<strong>or</strong> help, and carefully plann<strong>in</strong>g your<br />

Communic<strong>at</strong>e with <strong>Your</strong> Family<br />

Plan <strong>Your</strong> Course Schedule Carefully
