CRF AGM
The Connect Residents Federation (CRF) recently held their annual
general meeting in Heckmondwike, where they elected new members,
welcomed a special guest from Engage Leeds Dementia service, learnt
from our repairs team and held quizzes and charity raffles.

rounded up the past year
and thanked members for
their hard work. They’ve
helped shape and improve
performance of Connect’s
services such as repairs
and anti-social behaviour.
Matthew Metcalfe from
Engage Leeds used an
interactive presentation
to show how they support
people who experience
dementia or dementia
‘type’ symptoms.

Our repairs technicians
also ran a minor repairs
workshop throughout the
day and handed out tips
to members.
Malcolm Goodall entertained
the members by hosting a
few games of bingo.
The charity raffle raised
£65.00 towards the much
needed Dementia Pod for
the Engage Team.
