Remembrance Hosted by Eastbourne
Silver Band to include, Music, Spoken
Word and a short Drum Head period
of Remembrance as a finale. Light

HASTINGS STORY TELLING
FESTIVAL
5th to 11th November,
Since 2011 we`ve been on a mission
to open the wonderful world of
storytelling to everyone.
Hastings Storytelling Festival is a
registered charity and supported by
Arts Council England. It features live
storytelling for adults and children.
Spoken word, dance, puppetry,
parades, theatre and digital media.
With a different storyteller in residence
each year and so many events on
in different venues throughout this

CENTENARY REMEMBRANCE
CEREMONY & TRAIN

Kent & East Sussex Railway, Tenterden
Town Station, Station Rd, Tenterden
A special ceremony marking the
centenary of the end of WW1 at
12:30. Following the ceremony a
steam hauled train will make a special
journey to Bodiam Station. The train
has a wheelchair accessible ramp and
there are some seats available for
wheelchair users which must be prebooked

Pasadena Roof Orchestra ‘Hot
Five’ return to Bexhill for
charity concert
Saturday 17 November AT 7.30PM
Lovers of foot-stomping popular music
from the 1920s and ‘30s are in for a special
treat when the acclaimed Pasadena Roof
Orchestra ‘Hot Five’ return to Bexhill for a
charity concert at St Augustine’s Church.
They will perform a programme of timeless
music from composers such as George
Gershwin, Cole Porter and Irving Berlin
originally made famous by the likes of
Duke Ellington, Hoagy Carmichael, Louis
Armstrong and Fats Waller.
Tickets cost £12.50, and include a glass of
wine during the interval.

support the work of ESAB which provides
