completed permit application and insurance to obtain a permit for
your production.
To ensure a quick turnaround of
your film permit, please:
dates and times, and be sure to sign.
(COI) and list the County of Volusia as
additionally insured, and/or city where
you wish to film.
3. Send both documents to
debbie@visitnsbfla.com and
danielle@visitnsbfla.com
4. We will review the documents for details
and will submit your permit application
