CALL TO ORDER<br />
The Board of Directors meeting of the <strong>Cypress</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> Homeowners<br />
Association Inc. was held on August 22, <strong>2018</strong> at <strong>Cypress</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> Recreation<br />
Center, 14710 <strong>Mill</strong>s Park Lane, <strong>Cypress</strong>, Texas.<br />
With a quorum duly established, President Larry Ramirez, called <strong>Cypress</strong><br />
<strong>Mill</strong> Board of Director’s meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Larry Ramirez<br />
opened the meeting with a prayer.<br />
CONSTABLE/CONTRACTOR FORUM<br />
APPROVAL OF MINUTES<br />
The Board approved the Board of Directors Meeting Minutes of the July<br />
25, <strong>2018</strong> were reviewed, discussed and approved.<br />
TREASURER’S REPORT<br />
Angela Rivera presented the June <strong>2018</strong> Financials. The Financials were<br />
accepted as presented. The following items noted:<br />
• Operating Funds of $226, 922.42 and Reserve Funds of $295,528.32 as<br />
of July <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
• June <strong>2018</strong> YTD actual expenses were under budgeted by $17,455.30.<br />
MANAGEMENT REPORT<br />

• Covenants Status Count Report - 352 violation letters sent out in the last<br />
