Homeowners present discussed the following items:<br />
• Flowerbeds at the entrances of <strong>Cypress</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> Park - Skinner Road and<br />
<strong>Cypress</strong> Rose-Hill<br />
• Pillars off Thicket Hollow Lane on the side of detention pond<br />
• Question on fences behind home<br />
• Removal of rot-iron fence at Cascade Bend Lane pocket park<br />
• <strong>Cypress</strong>wood fence line on both sides<br />
• Homeowners discussed MUD Hill#1 meeting<br />
• Homeowner discussed veterans concern on pool not having an ADA<br />
pool lift and as well re-naming of the recreation center of a veteran’s<br />
name<br />
• Veterans Day Recognition - date given <strong>November</strong> 10 th at 11 AM<br />
ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION<br />
RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION<br />
The following items were discussed during the executive session.<br />
Motions were made and seconded and passed unanimously to:<br />
• Approve late interest to be removed on (335-4274) per Board of Directors<br />
plan of action<br />
• Homeowner hearing (327-4972) on a DR violation-Board of Directors<br />
discussed violation with homeowner, came to agreement to be<br />
considerate of all other homeowners<br />
• Requested management to acquire quotes for an ADA pool lift for both<br />
pools<br />
• Requested management to acquire quotes for an ADA parking space at<br />
<strong>Cypress</strong>wood playground<br />
• Requested management to acquire a quote from Fencrete for pre-cast<br />
concrete fence off <strong>Cypress</strong>wood fence line on both sides<br />
• Contacted TXDOT for first initial mow and debris recovery behind the<br />
commercial reserve plaza near <strong>Cypress</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> Place Blvd also contacted<br />
developer on mowing<br />
• Approved MUD HILL#1 request of usage of clubhouse for their -<br />
Informational Meeting on October 16, <strong>2018</strong> at 7 PM<br />
• Makos Sharks - 2019 swim team agreement was reviewed and revised<br />
by attorney<br />
• Re-vision has been approved by the Board of Directors<br />
• A-Beautiful pool contact has implemented a two-year contract 2019-<br />
2020, currently under review by the Board of Directors attorneys’<br />
• 2019 Budget was discussed<br />
ADJOURNMENT<br />
There being no further business to come before the Board, the regular<br />
business session of the meeting was adjourned at 9:03 PM.<br />
Next meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 26, <strong>2018</strong> at 6 PM.<br />
