Contents Timber POOL ENCLOSURES Sun Abris are specialists in wooden structures and since 1970 offer a range of pool enclosures with an arched glue-laminate timber frame. Successfully deployed for many years in the construction industry as well as in highly aggressive environments, such a salt storage warehouses, bridges and virtually all public swimming pools, this material provides aesthetics, sturdiness and durability combined. Glue-laminate timber offers much higher mechanical resistance than any other material used in the design of telescopic pool enclosures and also provides scope for custom-designed structures with safely guaranteed. All the wooden arches we deploy are approved by the most stringent quality bodies in terms of mechanical resistance and anti- damp treatment – Standard NF 50-100 (antidamp guarantee for wood – Standard NFP 90.309 (construction guarantee, safety compliance.
