NORTH HARBOUR EVENT REPORT
NEW ZEALAND COMMUNITY TRUST INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL LEAGUE 2018
The 2018 competition had 43 teams, an increase of eight from 2017. Each team consisted of 4-6 players per team, and the
format was split into girls and boys, sections 1 & 2. Competition started on the second week of term three and continued until
the end of term. Prize giving was held on the final week of play, followed by pizzas for all participants and teachers. All members
of the winning teams from each section received a North Harbour medal.

Shuttle Time North Harbour Intermediate Badminton Zone Days 2018
On Wednesday 1 November (boys) and Thursday 2 November (girls) we hosted 120 players who entered the
Shuttle Time North Harbour Intermediate Badminton Zone Days to compete to be the top singles and/or
doubles players from the North Harbour region. The number of entries continues to grow which is a positive
step forward for badminton in our region. We hope that 2018 will be see even more year 7 & 8 students
take part in this event. The winners & runners up are:
