Jumpfest wristbands will include unlimited jump time on tons of inflatables. Early bird registrants (by Dec. 3) will receive a VIP wristband that will include an additional hour of jump time from 2-3 p.m. Children 11 years and younger must have a guardian with them. The Animal Clinic at New Lenox is to welcome Santa for photos with two- and fourlegged family members to benefit the TLC Animal Shelter in Homer Glen. A $10 minimum cash donation is requested. Additionally, Animal Clinic at New Lenox will be collecting donations (both monetary and wish list items) for TLC throughout the month of December. Christmas in the Commons Saturdays and Sundays Dec. 2-Jan. 6, Village Commons, 1 Veterans Parkway. Enjoy a full season of entertainment and activities in the Commons and come see the largest illuminated Santa Claus in the United States. Proceeds from the event will go to the New Lenox Township Food Pantry. Tickets can be purchased at the Administration Building, 701 W. Haven Ave., or at the Lions Community Center, 1 W. Manor Drive. Cost is $15. Jingle and Mingle 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, The Atrium at Gatto’s Restaurant & Bar, 1938 E. Lincoln Highway. People can join the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce for a festive night of networking, food and beverages, 50/50 Merry Money Raffle and 2018 award announcements — all while supporting a good cause: The Township Food Pantry. Many of the families served by the food pantry have children who can benefit from the generosity of community members.
