Life After Stroke or Brain Injury<br />

Are you a stroke survivor or have you<br />

suffered a brain injury? Would you like to<br />

try new activities? Ferndown Leisure<br />

Centre have teamed up with <strong>The</strong> New<br />

Forest Paddle Sport Company, to offer<br />

stand up paddle boarding and kayaking to<br />

stroke survivors. Why not book in, to try<br />

these sports, with fully qualified<br />

instructors? As long as you are happy to<br />

be in the water and don’t mind falling in,<br />

the rest is easy. If you would like to add<br />

your name to the list for other trial<br />
