My parents arefantastic cooks, and
growing up in apub, as soonasIwasold
HOWDOYOU ENCOURAGE
CHILDREN TO TAKE AN
INTEREST IN INGREDIENTS?
Ican’t recommendenough getting them
involved in the kitchennice and early, to
simple jobs like getting them to pick herb
leaves or stir abatter willgive them a
greatsense of accomplishment and will
mean theystart to understand, and be
interested in food.
