Come join us at Payzer Memorial Field located 2 miles north of
town on Airport Road. Watch as numerous planes of all varieties
takeoff and land during our busiest day of the year! All day, best

October 11-13: Northwoods Fall Art Tour
10am-5pm daily. A self-guided tour of artist owned galleries and
studios. Artist demonstrations and art available for purchase.

This workshop presents lessons from noted carvers and is
designed for all carvers, beginner to expert. Held at the Boulder

Manitowish Waters Lions Club Golf Outing

September 6-8: 43rd Annual
World Championship Musky Classic
Musky Tournament sponsored by four local communities: Boulder
Junction, Manitowish Waters, Presque Isle and Winchester. Times
vary. Registration Friday in Manitowish Waters. Saturday
registration until noon. On Sunday, cookout begins at 11am with
awards ceremony at 1:00pm at the host town facility. Contact:

September 14: Kiwanis Poker Paddle for Kids
Similar to a typical “Poker Run”, this fundraiser is on water with
non-motorized watercraft. Paddle from Little Star Beach to
Camp Jorn YMCA on the beautiful Manitowish chain with stops
along the way to gather your best poker hand. 10am until 7pm.
After party with dinner, DJ, raffles and prizes awarded begins at

Wine & Beer Tasting
Wine, beer, hors d'oeuvres, silent auction and raffles to benefit

Walleye Classic
Walleye fishing tournament on Boulder Junction area lakes.

Kids games, Shop the Haystack, fall treats, and hayrides from 10am-
