August 22: 19th Annual <strong>Boulder</strong> <strong>Junction</strong>/<br />

Manitowish Waters Lions Club Golf Outing<br />

All are welcome to participate in this fundraising golf outing<br />

beginning at 9am-4pm at the beautiful Trout Lake Golf Course.<br />

September 6-8: 43rd Annual<br />

World Championship Musky Classic<br />

Musky Tournament sponsored by four local communities: <strong>Boulder</strong><br />

<strong>Junction</strong>, Manitowish Waters, Presque Isle and Winchester. Times<br />

vary. Registration Friday in Manitowish Waters. Saturday<br />

registration until noon. On Sunday, cookout begins at 11am with<br />

September 14: Kiwanis Poker Paddle for Kids<br />

Similar to a typical “Poker Run”, this fundraiser is on water with<br />

non-motorized watercraft. Paddle from Little Star Beach to<br />

Camp Jorn YMCA on the beautiful Manitowish chain with stops<br />

along the way to gather your best poker hand. 10am until 7pm.<br />

After party with dinner, DJ, raffles and prizes awarded begins at<br />
