EASY Software (whose new UK CEO is interviewed in this issue)
walked away with the Software Product of the Year trophy for their
EASY Contract Comfort offering, while Hardware Product of the
Year went to eImageData for their highly specialised but obviously
well-regarded ScanPro All-in-One - the first time we've seen a
microfilm oriented winner in this category.
Online votes for this year's awards contenders also came in from
all over the world this year in huge numbers, and it has been
gratifying to see the event becoming more global in its reach and
influence. New categories like the AI/RPA award also saw lots of
interest, as readers would expect given the growing interest in
these emerging technologies as they apply to the DM/ECM
marketplace.
Articles published reflect the
opinions of the authors and are
every reasonable effort is made
to ensure that the contents of
articles, editorial and advertising
are accurate no responsibility can
be accepted by the publisher for
errors, misrepresentations or any
resulting effects
Huge thanks from all of us involved in the Awards to everyone
who took the time to nominate and/or vote - the whole process
simply wouldn't be the same without you! And thanks are also due
of course to the independent experts who gave up their time to
help me out on the judging panel for the Project of the Year
awards: Andrew Graham, Alan Pelz-Sharpe, Harvey Spencer and
Martyn Christian. In addition the companies who sponsored the
night deserve a mention: Panasonic, Kodak Alaris, Midwich,
eImageData, EASY Software UK, ITESOFT and Northamber. Several
of these have already put their names down for next year's event, so
if your business could benefit from the promotional opportunities
available to our sponsors, don't leave it too late to get in touch via
the Awards website, www.dmawards.com.
