EASY Software (whose new UK CEO is interviewed in this issue)
walked away with the Software Product of the Year trophy for their
EASY Contract Comfort offering, while Hardware Product of the
Year went to eImageData for their highly specialised but obviously
well-regarded ScanPro All-in-One - the first time we've seen a
microfilm oriented winner in this category.
Online votes for this year's awards contenders also came in from
all over the world this year in huge numbers, and it has been
gratifying to see the event becoming more global in its reach and
influence. New categories like the AI/RPA award also saw lots of
interest, as readers would expect given the growing interest in
these emerging technologies as they apply to the DM/ECM
marketplace.
