Camp Registration Important Information
Early Bird Pricing! Register by 2/28 for Early Bird Pricing (see camp guide for details).
Camp Charges:
* Deposit: $35 per child per week, paid at the time of registration.
* Deposits paid will be deducted from the total weekly camp cost.
* Deposits are camp and week specific, non refundable and non transferrable.
* Camp payments are drafted 2 weeks prior to camp (Sunday).
* July 4th week fees will be prorated as there is no camp of July 4th.
* Camp payments ARE NOT able to split between two or more payers.
* Late Registrations (Thursday or Friday prior to camp start) will incur an additional fee of $50 per child.
* No registrations will be accepted after 10pm on the Friday prior to the camp week.
* Any changes made after the initial registration will incur a $25 fee.
* Camp cancellations made within one week of camp will incur an additional $50 cancellation fee.
* Camp fee is determined at time of registration, fees will not be adjusted if a membership is established at
a later date.
