Money makes the world spin round, and the
ultra-exclusive 678 horsepower Pagani Zonda
Cinque is proof of that. Thanks to one of the
company’s dealers in Hong Kong—and no doubt
an extremely affluent client—Pagani will create
five (hence the clever “Cinque” title) street
legal versions of the Zonda R. It will be the first
Pagani vehicle to receive a sequential gearbox
and an entirely new skin made of carbon-titanium,
but the chances are, you’re never going to
see one. All five of the silver beasts are already
sold, each at roughly 1.6 million before taxes.
Most everyone has seen the Dark Knight, and
those of you who haven’t should. Not just
for amazing performances, a killer plot, and
sublime special effects, but to see the newest
incarnation of the Batmobile in action. It’s
part Lamborghini, part hummer and every inch
screams, “Covet me.” At nine feet wide, fifteen
feet long and roughly two and a half tons the
new Tumbler is still capable of zero to sixty
sprints in less than six seconds. Even more
amazing is the goliath’s ability to get off the
ground, as Batman isn’t the only one able to fly
anymore. The Tumbler is equipped with panels
that flare out enabling it to make unassisted
jumps of up to thirty feet. Just as Commissioner
Gordon said in 2005, “I’ve got to get me
