Enjoy being a special guest at this exclusive, culinary event held at the nationally
known, PRIMO restaurant at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. Award winning
Chef Melissa Kelly is the 1999 James Beard Foundation Awards winner of the American
Express Best Chef, Northeast Award among others.
Chef Melissa Kelly creates dishes with her “home-grown” concept in mind, emphasizing
the freshest local ingredients such as citrus and seafood to create imaginative and
dazzling recipes. Even the herbs are grown on-site in the organic garden.
The evening starts with guests being greeted by the brand ambassadors of Total Wine
& Spirits and signature cocktails. After cocktails, it is time to be seated and prepare to
enjoy a fabulous four course meal. Each course will be paired to a specially chosen
wine and each wine will be presented by a wine connoisseur who will explain the
characteristics of that wine and its relation to the food it is paired with.
As the meal concludes, guests will gather on the terrace once again to enjoy fine cigars
“Under the Stars” with names like Cohiba, Partagas and Punch will be served by brand
ambassadors.
As a special treat, a select group of individuals will experience a tasting of Luis XIII
de Remy Martin Grande Champagne Cognac. Led by brand ambassador Mr. Steel
Cooper, guests will experience this rare cognac as never before and leave with a new
understanding and appreciation of this exclusive spirit.
