with high-quality superfoods and unusual fruit and vegetable pairings.
As a company,
the food but they also want
to improve the well-being
of the community and the
everything comes sealed in
plastic-free packaging and
is sourced directly from
British farmers.
No need to spend hours reading
supermarket labels. All of Primrose’s
Kitchen granolas and cereals are
vegan-friendly, gluten-free and do not
contain added refined sugars. Their
breakfast foods are energising and
provide lasting energy without causing
any significant blood sugar spikes. Give
more balanced and composed. Set
yourself up for a successful day ahead!
We couldn’t get enough of their
granolas and tried one of Primrose’s
Kitchens recipes. Their website is a
great source of inspiration. We made
the super easy vegan energy balls!
ball in the palms of your hands.
If you wish to garnish your energy balls (optional), use
powders like Primrose’s Kitchen Beetroot Seed Sprinkle,
turmeric powder, cacao powder or freeze-dried fruit
powders and roll your energy balls in the powder for light
coverage. For this and other recipes, check out: www.primroseskitchen.com/recipes.
We can't wait to see Primrose’s
Kitchen at FitFest Oxford. You must stop by and sample
their foods! We hear they may be serving up breakfast so
keep an eye out for the event programme.
