Board-certified in cardiovascular disease, Dr. Dobratz attended Eastern Virginia Medical School
in Norfolk and completed his internship and residency at the University of Arizona. He also
completed a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Allegheny General Hospital, Medical
College of Pennsylvania, and Hahnemann University.

Dr. Hughes, a radiation oncologist, has joined the team at Saint Mary’s Cancer Center.
Dr. Hughes graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, and completed
residencies at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia.
