Steam Flow Metering
For the universal measurement of the
volume/mass flow of gases, steam
and liquids an individually selected
flow meter can be used.
Maximum fluid temperature ranges
from –200°C up to +400°C, and pressure
ratings up to PN250 are possible.
There is also no maintenance because
no moving parts are required.
Trough the inbuilt flow measurement
computer the software initial settings
save time and costs.
The high resistance to vibrations,
temperature shocks and water hammer
makes the flow meter very robust.
Feed Water Pumps
A feed water pump is considered to
guarantee continuous feed water flow
to the steam boilers.
In case of fault of the feed water
pump, a second reserve pump is
supplied, installed in parallel to the
operating one.
For the protection of the pumps, low
water control in feed water tank and
strainers are installed.
For easy maintenance and servicing
each pump can be removed by
closing the shut off valve before and
after each pump.
To guarantee non cavidation on the
feed water pump impeller, every pump
is individually designed according to
the steam plant specification.
