same and replace the routine by<br />

following these steps.<br />

1. Find a simple and obvious cue.<br />

2. Clearly define the rewards.<br />

3. Create a craving.<br />

In other words,<br />

positive habits produce<br />

positive outcomes and<br />

negative habits<br />

produce negative<br />

outcomes.
