Suggested Itinerary<br />

Day 1<br />

Depart school and travel to the European<br />

Campus Sainte-Therese near Paris by coach<br />

and ferry (Le Shuttle also available). On arrive at<br />

the campus you will be given a welcome meeting<br />

in French. After checking in, you will head to<br />

a local restaurant for your evening meal (with<br />

opportunity to order/speak French), followed by<br />

a visit to the local bowling alley for some ten-pin<br />

fun.<br />

Day 3<br />

After breakfast you will receive a 2-hour<br />

French class before travelling to the Forest<br />

of Fontainebleau for a picnic in this incredible<br />

setting, where your group will be able to explore<br />

the Castle of Fontainebleau and the castle<br />

grounds. After this you will transfer into Paris for<br />

an afternoon show with Theatre in Paris. With a<br />

choice from French classics, famous musicals and<br />

modern comedies this is an excellent opportunity<br />

for students to develop their language skills<br />

and enjoy some theatre. You will be welcomed<br />

by a greeter in either English or French, who<br />

will explain the history of the theatre and settle<br />

your group in. Students will benefit from English<br />

translations above the stage and an English<br />

language booklet, catering to students of all<br />

competencies. Keeping the fun going your group<br />

will transfer back to ECST and head to Planet<br />

Hollywood for your evening meal. Following<br />

this you may have some free time in the Disney<br />

Village.<br />

Day 2<br />

After breakfast you will travel into Paris by coach<br />

and embark on a Bateaux Mouche river cruise,<br />

with the option of an audio guide in French to<br />

allow students to practice their understanding<br />

of the language. Once ashore again, you will<br />

then travel to the iconic Champs de Mars for a<br />

picnic with magnificent views of Paris’ very own<br />

Eiffel Tower. After a fantastic day in Paris you will<br />

transfer to the ECST and have a 2-hour French<br />

class to brush up on what you’ve learnt and<br />

used throughout the day. As a reward for your<br />

students’ hard work in their French lesson your<br />

group will enjoy a Pizza Party followed by a<br />

disco and a supper of delicious French cheese.<br />

Day 4<br />

Breakfast at the ECST will be followed by a final<br />

French class and your group will be presented<br />

with their course certificates.<br />

You may have some free time, depending on your<br />

itinerary before departing for your return journey<br />

home.<br />
