MEETING ROOMS<br />
PREMIUM EXTRA LARGE ROOM<br />
These are very large meeting rooms with the same premium location right by the<br />
<strong>Conference</strong> plenary room on the Promenade level of the Mulia Resort. These rooms<br />
will include one table and four chairs. Additional furniture can be ordered via <strong>IFEAT</strong>’s<br />
official contractor in <strong>Bali</strong> (details will be provided once your room booking is<br />
confirmed).<br />
• These rooms can potentially be subdivided by bringing in dividing walls. This<br />
must be organised via <strong>IFEAT</strong>’s official contractor at extra cost.<br />
MULIA CLASS LARGE ROOM<br />
These large rooms are situated in various locations within the main Mulia Resort, at<br />
Lobby level. All are a short distance from the Exhibition and <strong>Conference</strong> plenary<br />
areas.<br />
These rooms will include one table and four chairs. Additional furniture can be<br />
ordered via <strong>IFEAT</strong>’s Contractor in <strong>Bali</strong> (details will be provided once your room<br />
booking is confirmed).<br />
MULIA CLASS EXTRA LARGE ROOM<br />
These are extra large rooms which are suitable for use as hospitality suites as well<br />
as meeting rooms. All are situated in various locations within the main Mulia Resort,<br />
located at either Lobby level or Promenade Level. . All are a short distance from the<br />
Exhibition and <strong>Conference</strong> plenary areas. These rooms will include one table and<br />
four chairs. Additional furniture can be ordered via <strong>IFEAT</strong>’s contractor in <strong>Bali</strong> (details<br />
will be provided once your room booking is confirmed).<br />

Please note:<br />
• Please make your meeting room purchase online at https://bali<strong>2019</strong>.ifeat.org/<br />
• Meeting rooms are available to <strong>IFEAT</strong> MEMBERS ONLY and will be sold on a first come<br />
first served basis<br />
• Meeting rooms cannot be reserved/held without an online booking<br />
• Due to demand, only one meeting room per company is permitted, this includes<br />
regional offices<br />
• Companies requiring more than one meeting room can be placed on a waiting list for a<br />
second room<br />
• Larger meeting rooms can be split as described above, at the company’s own cost<br />
• All room locations within the categories will be allocated by <strong>IFEAT</strong>, you will be advised<br />
of your room name/number along with confirmation of your booking, once full<br />
payment is received<br />
• Additional furniture (room size permitting), AV and catering can be ordered through<br />
<strong>IFEAT</strong>’s contractor in <strong>Bali</strong>, details will be provided when your booking is confirmed<br />
• Access to the rooms is from 08.00hrs on Monday 30th September – 17:00hrs on<br />
Thursday 3rd October
