EXHIBITION BOOTHS The Exhibition will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Mulia Resort, located on the lobby level. The exhibition booths offer companies the advantage of being able to speak directly with the delegates - your potential customers and suppliers. There are three booth sizes available, from the entry level small booths to medium and large booths, which could potentially offer the facility to demonstrate your products to visitors or build a private meeting room. Booth Category Size Number Member Rate Non Member (approx.). available in USD in USD Small 3m x 3m (9sqm) 10 $2,500 $3,500 Medium 3m x 6m (18sqm) 10 $3,500 $4,500 Large 6m x 6m (36sqm) 10 $5,000 $6,000 Exhibition opening times are as follows: Monday 30th September Tuesday 1st October Wednesday 2nd October Thursday 3rd October 11:00 – 17:00hrs 11:00 – 17:00hrs 11:00 – 17:00hrs 11:00 – 15:30hrs Note: all booths include the following: • Company name text and stand numbering in vinyl adhesive • Total area of the stand carpeted • 2 spot lights 75 w • 1 electrical outlet • Counter/desk (this can be branded at extra cost) • Cabinet with door and keys • 1 low table + 2 chairs • 1 waste paper basket INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING: • Please make your exhibition booth purchase online at https://bali2019.ifeat.org/ • Booths will be sold on a first come first served basis • Booths cannot be reserved/held without an online booking • Companies can select their preferred booth number/location at the time of booking • Medium and large booths are available to purchase as space only (at the same rates), for companies to custom design and build their own booths (at company’s own cost, ONLY via IFEAT’s official contractor). Details will be provided once payment is received and the booking confirmed • Additional furniture, AV equipment, branding, etc can be ordered via IFEAT's official contractor at the exhibitor's own cost • Large booths have sufficient space to be able to build a small meeting room on. This will be at the company’s own cost, ONLY via IFEAT’s official contractor • Companies can purchase more than one booth in adjoining locations • Your booth will be confirmed once payment has been received and you will then receive the details of IFEAT’s approved contractor.
