Pickleball has moved outdoors!<br />

Now that the warmer weather has<br />

finally arrived, our two outdoor<br />

pickleball courts (on the tennis<br />

courts) behind the building are<br />

open! Pickleball court times are<br />

Monday, Wednesday <strong>and</strong> Friday from 8 a.m. to<br />

noon <strong>and</strong> Tuesday <strong>and</strong> Thursday from 5 p.m. to<br />

9 p.m. The courts may be reserved for one hour<br />

at a time, weather permitting. Paddles <strong>and</strong> balls<br />

are available to use free of charge on a first<br />

come, first served basis. Pickleball is free for<br />

JCC Fitness members, $5 per person for nonmembers.<br />

Court reservations are suggested by<br />

calling 315-234-4522.<br />

Parents <strong>and</strong> their children will get moving <strong>and</strong><br />

enjoy a variety of structured <strong>and</strong> unstructured<br />

play with our obstacle courses, floor mats <strong>and</strong><br />

inflatable tumbling run. Other activities include<br />

“kidnastics,” stretching, mini-soccer, mini-basketball<br />

<strong>and</strong> “circle” activities. Parents should<br />

be prepared to participate with their children.<br />

Nutritional Counseling<br />

Consult with JCC Sport & Fitness Director<br />

Patrick Scott to develop a healthy nutrition program.<br />

With a master’s degree in applied clinical<br />

nutrition, Patrick can help review <strong>and</strong> recommend<br />

specific foods to promote healthy living.<br />
