Preschool Stage 1: Water Acclimation
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Y member rate: $62
Y non-member rate: $93
For Preschool age children who have never had swim lessons
without a parent or guardian, or are afraid of the water. Students
develop comfort with underwater exploration and a foundation
that allows for a student's future progress in swimming. By session
end, children will be able to swim, float, and swim assisted for 5
feet; and submerge their head under water. This is a two week
session.

Preschool Stage 2: Water Movement
Saturday
Y member rate: $62
Y non-member rate: $93
Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 1. For Preschool age children
who are comfortable in the water and able to swim and float
assisted for 5 feet. In stage 2 students focus on body position and
control, directional change, and forward movement in the water
while also continuing to practice how to safely exit in the event of
falling into a body of water.

9 Program fees are not refundable. All efforts will be made to reschedule classes due to inclement
weather or causes beyond our control, but this cannot be guaranteed. Partial funds will not be given.
