Bay State Physical Therapy to present a
Fall Prevention Program on May 8
Georgetown -- Join us on Wednesday May 8, 10:30 a.m. for a “Fall Prevention and Balance
Training” with Heather Waters, PT, DPT, CSCS, managing partner at BSPT Ipswich and
Mary Kate Grace, PT, DPT. The program will include an informational talk on the importance
of maintaining strength and conditioning, strength training, general principles and safety
guidelines as well as an introduction to beginning chair and counter exercises. A question
and answer session will be included. Refreshments will be served. For more information,
