Unique UK Venues The Greenwich Yacht Club was founded in 1908 and moved to its home on Pear Tree Wharf in 1999. Nestled between the O2 Arena and the Thames Barrier, this quirky venue certainly brings a refreshing setting to the corporate world of meetings and events. Creating a striking picture on the River Thames, the Club House appears to be a two story building sitting on stilts.
