By signing this, I certify that the information is correct to the
best of my knowledge. In consideration of your accepting entry
I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself my heirs,
executors, and administrators waive and release forever any
and all rights and claims or damages I may accrue against the
Yosemite Corvette Club, Snelling Community Building Foundation,
Snelling Homecoming Committee, Merced County Department
of Parks & Rec, or against any and all organizations,
sponsors, and/or individuals connected with this event, their
representative, successors and assigns for any & all injuries
suffered by me in connection with this event including pre and
post car show activities. I also grant Yosemite Corvette Club,
Inc. the right to use images of me taken at the car show. All
drivers must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
