Spring really is here at last! Listing your house for sale?
Here are some inexpensive ways you can increase your
curb appeal: A broken/peeling front door speaks of neglect, so paint/replace/
repair. Does the door lock work easily? If the agent has to struggle to unlock it,
or it’s old and rusty, the customer may wonder what else isn’t working! Repair
or repaint screen doors and decks. Clean and repair windows if needed. Rake
leaves, remove broken tree limbs and replace dead or dying plants and shrubs.
Bring in some colour with fresh pots of flowers by your front door or porch.
Mow and water regularly - when prospective buyers see well-kept lawns and
attractive plant beds, they get the message that someone cares about this
home. It’s true that the first impression is the most important, and these steps
will help ensure that it’s a good one!
Length of Service: United Hospital
five, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 40-year milestones, with honorees representing virtually
