Serah described the menu as “fusion between authentic Mexican, modern American and Tex- Mex.” She mentioned homemade tortilla tacos, bowls, tostadas, and quesadillas as some of the items the menu will include. Alvarez, a native of Nicaragua, said he hopes to alter the menu seasonally to deliver the best-possible arrangement of flavors to guests.
