Strategy and Management<br />
To develop and improve the office management<br />
mechanisms to be modern, including<br />
the human resource management of the<br />
organization to be capable and skillful in<br />
accordance with the organization’s operations<br />
as the high-performance digital enterprise.<br />
7.1<br />
Department of General Affairs is<br />
responsible for supporting the management<br />
of the senior executives and coordinating<br />
communications and public relations<br />
that reflect the corporate image by using<br />
the appropriate media as the center of<br />
compliance with the rules and regulations<br />
by providing advice and suggestions on<br />
the rules, regulations and requirements,<br />
as well as coordinating and implementing<br />
regarding the corporate good governance.<br />

Department of Human Resource<br />
Management is responsible for proposing<br />
a policy and strategy; preparing the human<br />
resource management plan, developing<br />
outputs of information technology to<br />
support the corporate mission, preparing<br />
the master plan of information technology<br />
and communications of depa, providing the<br />
update information service, and developing<br />
and monitoring the information security<br />
system.<br />
7.3<br />
Department of Fiscal Administration<br />
and Central Administration provides support<br />
the operations of budgetary, financial,<br />
accounting and inventory management<br />
in accordance with the regulations, rules,<br />
resolutions of the cabinet, and related laws,<br />
and prepares the annual internal control<br />
plan.<br />
