Strategy and Management
To develop and improve the office management
mechanisms to be modern, including
the human resource management of the
organization to be capable and skillful in
accordance with the organization’s operations
as the high-performance digital enterprise.
7.1
Department of General Affairs is
responsible for supporting the management
of the senior executives and coordinating
communications and public relations
that reflect the corporate image by using
the appropriate media as the center of
compliance with the rules and regulations
by providing advice and suggestions on
the rules, regulations and requirements,
as well as coordinating and implementing
regarding the corporate good governance.

7.2
Department of Human Resource
Management is responsible for proposing
a policy and strategy; preparing the human
resource management plan, developing
outputs of information technology to
support the corporate mission, preparing
the master plan of information technology
and communications of depa, providing the
update information service, and developing
and monitoring the information security
system.
7.3
Department of Fiscal Administration
and Central Administration provides support
the operations of budgetary, financial,
accounting and inventory management
in accordance with the regulations, rules,
resolutions of the cabinet, and related laws,
and prepares the annual internal control
plan.
