It is undeniable that digital technology changed everything these<br />
days, transformation made its advance in every dimensions, and every<br />
sectors must be prepared to cope with Digital Disruption, of which<br />
organizations, personnel, and sectors who have courage to rapidly change<br />
and adapt themselves to discard conventional subjects and successfully<br />
create new ones may have a chance to survive and prosper in the<br />
