Our next quiz on Saturday 8 June is almost sold out, but why not give us a<br />
try to see if we have any tables left, ring Roy on 01843 319 891.<br />
Unfortunately, due to a problem at the French end we have had to<br />
postpone our Boules match, which had been scheduled for the Saturday<br />
22 June.<br />
However, we will be going across to Armbouts-Cappel on Sunday 30 June<br />
with a coach to attend their Ducasse (village fete) where we will be hosted<br />
to a meal and entertainment. We have had a couple of cancellations so if<br />
you are interested in joining us for just £10 per person please give Roy a<br />
ring on 01843 319 791 for details.<br />
Some of our French friends will be coming over for Open Gardens on<br />
Saturday 15 June and we will be holding a photographic exhibition at Old<br />
Schools over the weekend, so please do come and have a look whilst you<br />
are walking around the village for the gardens.<br />
We are planning further events for later in the year and we will give you<br />
details in this magazine, so please do keep reading our column.<br />

harmonies etc.<br />
We are not necessarily looking for<br />
someone to commit to every practice session, but we would appreciate some<br />
professional/semi- professional help to generally improve our singing.<br />
If you feel you might fit the bill and are willing to come along and help, we<br />
would very much appreciate it.<br />
We meet every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 7.30pm at the Salvation<br />
Army Church & Community Centre, 11 Tothill St., Minster.<br />
