Stagecoach Huntingdon and Newmarket is a part time performing arts
school for 4-18 year olds. We offer more than just learning how to sing,
dance and act. We help students develop the creative courage to unlock
their potential, to stand up and be heard, to work well with other students
and to embrace new ideas and possibilities. As they put their new skills into
practice, students become more self-assured, expressive, sociable and
imaginative. All skills that will serve them well on the stage of life.
Class sizes are limited so enrol now for a TWO WEEK TRIAL to avoid
disappointment!

How to get children off-line and having fun
Gaming and social media addiction are relatively new buzz words but ones
that send shock waves to many parents. Although experts argue about the
best way to tackle it, what is clear is that the internet is not going anywhere
so parents are looking to find other ways to ignite their child’s imagination
and create a happy and balanced life.
During the long six-week summer holiday, finding things to keep children
entertained day in and day out is not easy, which is why many parents look
to holiday clubs, so children can interact with others, have fun and keep off
technology.
Razzamataz Cambridge is offering a fun and affordable summer school
where youngsters get to experience everything from street dance through to
pop singing and traditional West End and Broadway musical theatre.
Performing arts has many benefits including increased fitness and a chance
to allow young people to express themselves and work through any
emotional difficulties.
During the week, children and their teachers will work on various songs,
dances and drama pieces, together with learning about theatre skills in
general. Being given the chance to perform is paramount to building a
child’s confidence which is why on the last day, the children will all get the
opportunity to perform their showcase to friends and family.

Family Mission at IWM Duxford
It’s 1944 and the most important day of the war so far is looming. You and
your family are needed as the latest recruits of paratroopers. Use your Jump
Bag to put each other through your paces. Together you’ll spot a Spitfire
from just its sound, perfect how to land safely and be assigned your rank.
This summer holiday, learn about D-Day, the biggest invasion in history, as
you explore IWM Duxford. This interactive storytelling experience is based on
personal stories from those who served on D-Day.
Walk through the same hangars and buildings as those who served at
RAF Duxford. See aircraft take to the skies from the airfield that Spitfires first
flew from. And get up close to over a century of aviation with hundreds of
aircraft and objects on display.
On 13 and 14 July, take your seats, sit back and prepare to be enthralled
by the Flying Legends Airshow. Enjoy world class, unrivalled, choreographed
displays featuring unique aircraft types rarely seen together in the UK skies
or anywhere else.
