This report details the media exposure generated by professional angler <strong>Brandon</strong> <strong>Lester</strong> from<br />

10/1/18 – 6/30/19. We tracked <strong>Brandon</strong>’s exposure through television, internet, social<br />

media, internet video, live streaming, national magazine and in-person.<br />

<strong>Brandon</strong> was featured in 846 internet photo galleries/articles including his fifth-year-running<br />

series on Bassmaster previewing how he will fish each B.A.S.S. tournament and the gear he<br />

will use. He appeared in 54 internet videos during the period as well and provided detailed<br />

<strong>Lester</strong> appeared on Bassmaster Live during; the final day of the Open Championship, the<br />

Bassmaster Classic, three days during Hartwell and Winyah Bay, and three full days at the<br />

Guntersville Elite event. Fans could watch and listen to him fish on the Bassmaster website<br />

and the Watch ESPN app. All weigh-ins were live-streamed as well. Bassmaster reported over<br />

847K video plays and 17MM watched minutes for the Bassmaster Classic and 381K video plays<br />

<strong>Brandon</strong> was part of the television coverage of the Bassmaster Winning Ways, St. Lawrence<br />

River Elite Series, Bassmaster Classic, and the <strong>2019</strong> Elite Series season for a total of 1 hour, 49<br />

minutes and 36 seconds on ESPN2, ESPN Classic, and the Pursuit Channel.<br />

<strong>Lester</strong> was part of 29 print articles, including Bassmaster, Bass Angler Magazine, BASS Times,<br />

and Coastal Angler magazine. He was on the cover of the December BASS Times magazine and<br />

the March Bassmaster magazine, which was also handed out to fans at the Bassmaster Classic.<br />

<strong>Lester</strong> finished second in the 2018 Bassmaster Open Championship and took home the Angler<br />

of the Year crown in the Eastern Opens. He fished his fourth career Bassmaster Classic in<br />

March and finished 6th. <strong>Lester</strong> fished six Elite Series events during the period with high<br />

finishes of 9th at Lake Guntersville and 12th at the St. John’s River. He’s 14th in AOY points.<br />

He finished 5th and 6th in the first two Bassmaster Eastern Opens of the <strong>2019</strong> season.<br />

<strong>Lester</strong> made several appearances during the period and sponsored a Winchester Christian<br />

<strong>Lester</strong>’s Facebook page grew 10.4% from 12,872 to 14,209 Likes during the period. <strong>Lester</strong>’s<br />

total reach per Facebook Insights was 2,053,225 during the period. <strong>Lester</strong>’s Instagram<br />

increased 54% from 12,905 to 19,875 followers, reaching 1,110,672. Twitter followers<br />

increased to 4,765.<br />

name appears in numerous articles, tournament listings and stories that were excluded from<br />
