The flow of a classroom and how children can move<br />
within the space can greatly affect the learning<br />
outcomes of that environment. When students can<br />
freely and confidently move around the classroom,<br />
they can easily transition between unstructured<br />
play, lessons and quiet activities. A classroom with<br />
properly-sized furniture, placed intentionally to provide<br />
unrestricted movement, encourages children to explore<br />
and embrace their new space. The areas between<br />
the furniture become pathways with destinations to<br />
explore, and the furniture evolves from classroom<br />
