Come join the History of Art Society! We<br />
have many events all year round including<br />
our famous colour crawl and artist pub quiz.<br />
Gossip with your friends about the latest<br />
Banksy or discuss the Renaissance Masters.<br />
Whether you need help with that last minute<br />
essay or just want to chill with like-minded<br />
art lovers, the History of Art Society is for<br />
everyone and anyone!<br />
History Society<br />
The History Society is quickly growing into<br />
one of the largest, most active, and most<br />
successful of the AUSA societies. We are<br />
not just for History <strong>Student</strong>s but anyone<br />
who wants to expand their interests, meet<br />
new people, join a social or two, and<br />
maybe learn something new! We host a<br />
regular lecture series, trips to historic castles,<br />
beaches, and battlefields and re-enactments,<br />
along with our infamous socials including<br />
pub quizzes, themed crawls, our ceilidh and<br />
annual bonfire and ball.<br />

Ice<br />
Skating Society<br />
Whether you are new or experienced, figure<br />
ice skating is a very lovely and exciting sport<br />
to do! Join a brand new (3 years) society<br />
that has just started meeting & connecting<br />
people. With our increase in sponsorships<br />
with places in Aberdeen we are expecting to<br />
have a lot of fun on nights out (karaoke, ice<br />
disco, joint events with other societies, etc)<br />
as well as alternative plans for the quieter<br />
ones (innoflate, bowling, ice skating, etc).<br />

Indian Society<br />
We host a wide range of events for<br />
Aberdeen University students throughout the<br />
academic year. Our aim is to be a fun and<br />
vibrant society that welcomes everyone. We<br />
organise a Holi and Diwali event, which are<br />
fantastic opportunities to try out some Indian<br />
food, learn something about the culture or<br />
take part in traditional dancing. We also<br />
arrange fun and relaxed bowling night, once<br />
every term. The annual highlight is the Indian<br />
Cultural Night, where we have a fancy<br />
dinner and dance event in co-operation with<br />
the RGU South Asian Society.<br />
Indonesian <strong>Student</strong> Association<br />
We are an organisation consisting of<br />
Indonesian students who are studying<br />
in Aberdeen. PPI Aberdeen is under the<br />
auspices of the PPI United Kingdom, and<br />
was established as a place to gather and<br />
contribute to students in Aberdeen.<br />
We aim to increase brotherhood as well<br />
as solidarity among our members by<br />
conducting potlucks, sports activities,<br />
gatherings, and other events such as<br />
Wonderful Indonesia, which was held in<br />
collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy.<br />
