One important factor is choosing the correct Apprenticeship provider, which is key to ensuring you get the best training and support possible. Here’s a few things you should think about when you’re making your choice: OFSTED Grades You should be looking for providers with a “Good” or “Outstanding” rating so you can be sure that the provider’s standard of training is high. High grades also show that the provider is committed to the development of Apprentices. As reviews like this are unbiased, you can get a good view of how people like yourself found the training to decide whether this provider is right for you. Be sure to ask the provider who they work with to see if these companies match your career goals. How many Apprentices achieve their full Apprenticeship You should look for training providers who have over 75% Apprenticeship achievement rates. This means that Apprentices have completed all the training and qualifications they need to complete their Apprenticeship; a high score means the provider is committed to supporting Apprenticeships through their training.
