Exotic Zoo will be showcasing loads<br />
of fantastic animals throughout the<br />
weekend, including an armadillo,<br />
adorable meerkats and a petting<br />
zoo! Critters 2 You will be bringing<br />
everything from snakes to lizards - will<br />
you have a go at holding a tarantula?<br />
<strong>Local</strong> rescue centre Corio Raptors will<br />
also be here with some amazing birds<br />
of prey, including a majestic barn owl<br />
and a beautiful buzzard.<br />
During the weekend we’ve also got a whole range of<br />
additional activities for the family to enjoy. Our onsite<br />
cattle will be on show from the Gladstone Hide<br />
- go along to the talk and feed to see the beautiful<br />
herd of cows, including 14 calves, to find out more<br />
about how the cows help us to manage our reserve.<br />
We’ll also be running bird watching for beginners<br />
sessions to inspire the younger generation - head to<br />
the Discovery Hide and pick up your bird watching<br />
for beginners guide and see what you can spot on<br />
the mere!<br />
There’ll also be all our usual daily talks and feeds,<br />
pond dipping in our new Pond Zone, our Canoe<br />
Safari and Boat Tours and our adventure playground<br />

five working days. Entrants must be over 16 years of age.<br />
