Over the years, <strong>Fok</strong>kema & Partners designed many identity-rich<br />

restaurants and bars. Great service, good coffee and healthy foods are<br />

ever more import ant in today’s hospitality concepts. With the addition<br />

of good design it has the power to bring people together and build a<br />

community. From food courts to boutique bars, from co-working cafes<br />
