LEARN TO SWIM LEVEL 5
Designed for experienced swimmers to refine and advance
their stroke technique. Swimmers will enhance their efficiency
and technique in the freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke
and will begin developing the butterfly stroke.
Ages: 6-14 years • Instructor: CCPR Staff
ADAPTIVE PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
One-on-one swim lessons from a certified swim instructor
will help each participant develop swimming strokes and
techniques at their own pace. Adaptive private swim lessons
are scheduled based on your availability.
LEARN TO SWIM LEVEL 4
Swimmers will improve their freestyle and breaststroke, and
begin learning new strokes and skills including backstroke,
butterfly and diving. Swimmers must be able to swim on their
front and back at least 15 yards independently.

YOUTH
YOUTH FITNESS SWIMMING
Designed for experienced swimmers who are ready to take
their skills to the next level. Instructors will help swimmers
perfect their technique in all four competitive strokes, while
guiding them through workouts to build their endurance
in the water. Swimmers should have some knowledge of
freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly and be able
to swim at least one length of the pool independently. No
class on 10/31.
