<strong>Bend</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> was created to support local, small businesses in <strong>Bend</strong> with the most<br />
effective direct mail marketing platform. This season, I urge you to spend your Holiday<br />
shopping dollars locally, to support <strong>Bend</strong>’s businesses right here at home. Give a healthy<br />
gift experience, like a Massage Gift Certificate or a Tidy Up Session, instead of more stuff;<br />
because everyone has too much stuff these days.<br />

To show our support of <strong>Bend</strong>’s local, small businesses,<br />
we have a Giving Campaign in 2020, to tithe<br />
10% of our proceeds back to <strong>Bend</strong> small businesses<br />
in need. You can apply online on our Website. The<br />
winner will be announced Spring of 2020. When you<br />
advertise in <strong>Bend</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Guide</strong>, you are giving back<br />
to our local community through this program. Grow<br />
your business and show your support for local <strong>Bend</strong><br />
at the same time by joining our Spring <strong>Bend</strong> <strong>Health</strong><br />

Hiatt’s Abundance class at Unity Church, she is<br />
