Actress Juliet Ibrahim has reacted in support
of Toke Makinwa’s post slamming American
musician, Snoop Dogg, for encouraging
women to stick with their partners through
good and bad times.
It all started when Snoop Dog shared a
post praising the union of Keyshia Ka’oir
and Gucci Mane which has gone
through lots of ups and downs.
Reacting to the post, Toke
Makinwa stated that Snoop Dogg’s
post appears like something
promoting low self-esteem. She
went on to ask how many men will
be advised to stay with a woman
who did all the things Gucci did
to Keyshia.
Juliet Ibrahim, whose marriage
have also ended, after which her
husband started making
derogatory comments about her
in public, also slammed Snoop
Dogg’s narrative.
Juliet told people to work on
themselves and “stop promoting
negativity and bad behaviour”
yet expecting their partners to
deal with all of that and stick with
them.
She added: “I’ll remain single than
suffer any form of disrespect from any
man in this world… Till I meet someone
whose mother raised him right and wasn’t
taught that cheating is a “normal thing”
I’ll stay single and enjoy living my best
life while loving myself right.”
Halima Abubakar slams lady who called her

Nollywood diva, Halima
Abubakar has taking a
swipe at a troll, who slid into
her DM to insult her. The troll
referred to her as a shapeless
amoeba, who has refused to
develop a nice
b o d y
physique,
despite body
training.
Reacting
to this, Halima posted a
screenshot of the troll’s
messages, saying she doesn’t
need people who wish her bad
on her followers list, and
everyone who has nothing good
to offer should kindly unfollow.
The troll also accused Halima
of copying Tonto Dikeh.
In her words; “I have been
in Nollywood for 17 years off
and on. Please darling
unfollow me if you wish me
dead, but calling me old, I pray you don’t
die young. Calling me old is a prayer and
copying is not my style. I don’t copy, people
copy me and I can tag all of them. I respect
you. Respect me no matter who you are. I
don’t need all this monitoring spirits on my
page. I don’t need followers with no
interaction on my page, so unfollow me
thank you all.”
I’m bringing a bit of Fela
into Felabration – Rex Suru

As the stage is set for another Felabration, a weeklong
music festival, initiated by the children of
the late Afrobeat creator, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, to
immortalized the legendary, iconic musician, many
artistes of different genres are bracing up to strut
their stuff to be part of the annual event. One of
such artistes is San-Francisco, US-based, Nigerian
artiste, known as Rex Suru.
Rex Suru, who was born Rex Olisuru Ogunniyi,
arrived the country days ago, to be part of the iconic
event. He said though he has other events lined
up, but Felabration is the major reason he’s back
in the country to honour one of his musical mentors.
“All I have to give to the people is positive messages
and you know the state of the country right
now. I’m not here to condemn any establishment
or entity but I still think the people need a lot of
enlightenment, especially spiritual and economical.
All kinds of enlightenment is what you can
give to the people, so through music I intend to
deliver that on Thursday and Saturday at the Felabration
at Freedom Park and The New Afrikan
Shrine respectively.

Tacha turns new leaf, shuns
controversy

housemate, Tacha, began
her media tour yesterday and
her first stop was Cool FM
Lagos. Hosted by OAP Dotun
and Kemismallz, Tacha debuted
a never-seen-before attitude
that no-one expected.
Recall that a few days
ago, Dotun threatened to
boycott the interview, after
getting death threat from fans
of Tacha, who were apparently
angry that he agreed to
interview Tacha who he
criticized during the show.
However, he decided to go
ahead with the interview after
receiving an apology from
Tacha’s management. Despite
the huge buzz the interview got,
with lots of people anticipating
more controversy when it finally
holds, it fell short of
expectations as Tacha failed to
come through with her
controversial nature. She
sidestepped most of the
questions thrown at her during
the interview, which a lot of
people expected her to
address.
Earlier in the show, she
revealed that she’s the
kind of person who says
her mind and not the
opposite. It was
surprising however,
that she sidestepped
some pertinent issues
raised by Dotun.
Many believe she has
changed from the
controversial character
which made her
popular on TV.
My husband gets angry
whenever I try to cook

Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has re
vealed that her husband, Ned Nwoko, does
not like it when she steps into the kitchen to cook,
because they have chefs.
Daddy Freeze, caught up with the couple in
Dubai and during a dinner conversation and for
the first time since they got married, Regina
Daniels and her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko
opened up about their marriage.
The Nollywood actress disclosed that her 59-yearold
billionaire husband doesn’t allow her cook,
as he gets angry whenever she tries to do so, reminding
her that they have chefs.
“I cook, but he has stopped me. I cannot enter
the kitchen. If I do, he’ll say stupid girl why are
you cooking, you have cooks” she said.
Her husband, Ned Nwoko, justified why he
doesn’t allow her cook, saying that he needs her
time for other things.
