CHELSEA FC STADIUM TOURS OF<br />

STAMFORD BRIDGE<br />

For visitors to <strong>London</strong>, a tour of<br />

Stamford Bridge is not to be missed.<br />

Home of one of the world’s iconic<br />

football clubs, it’s a fun, informative and<br />

unforgettable experience enjoyed by<br />

sports fans of all ages from all over the<br />

world. The guided hour-long tour will<br />

take you behind the scenes at one of the<br />

worlds greatest football clubs, giving<br />

visitors access to areas normally<br />

reserved for players and officials.<br />

Along the way, you will visit various<br />

stands in the stadium, the press room,<br />

home and away dressing rooms, the<br />

tunnel and dug-out areas. All tours<br />

include entry to the Museum, giving the<br />

chance to see how Chelsea has evolved<br />

on and off the pitch over the years.<br />

THE LONDON ULTRA<br />

Back for its second year, from<br />

31 <strong>October</strong> until 10 November, The<br />

<strong>London</strong> Ultra is a unique exhibition<br />

format that brings together artists and<br />

performers from a multitude of<br />

disciplines in an art extravaganza at<br />

<strong>London</strong>'s iconic Bargehouse. Visitors<br />

are invited to discover a multi-sensory<br />

spectacular of over one hundred artists,<br />

showcasing styles ranging from<br />

traditional to eccentric, conceptual to<br />

accidental and from minimalist<br />

compositions to opulent installations<br />

and intriguing abstractions, providing a<br />

take home piece to suit every visitor.<br />

Paintings, sculpture, installations and<br />

photography are carefully grouped in<br />

curated sections, including The Artist's<br />

Garden, Gaia’s Room and The Luminism<br />

Room, deliberately breaking<br />

conventional definitions and themes.<br />

Highlights include the return of<br />

Michael Hempstead, the winner of last<br />

years <strong>London</strong> Ultra Award, who will<br />

present a room of invisible white<br />

paintings. Bob Spriggs has created<br />

‘Community,' a five metre tall<br />

scintillating and hypnotic installation of<br />

magnetised floating glass flasks. Kevin<br />

Vincenzo presents Pop Surrealism an<br />

eye watering series of Popcorn<br />

sculptures. Erin Ross’s ‘Lower<br />

Anthropocene’ is a breath taking and<br />

poignant installation depicting a<br />

desolate and burnt out landscape with<br />

singed taxidermy and Arts' installation of<br />

Sky is an immersive interactive piece,<br />

together with Nest and Flow evoking a<br />

volcanic eruption nearby.<br />

Live immersive performances are<br />

scheduled throughout the Preview Party<br />

on the evening of Thursday 31 <strong>October</strong>,<br />

opening at 18.00 with movement<br />

production company StreamMovement, a<br />

multidisciplinary platform of movers and<br />

artists, directed by Adrian Del Arroyo.<br />

During the opening, a life size hologram<br />

will be projected onto the front entrance,<br />

presented by Cadelle, who is in <strong>London</strong><br />

for the event from South Africa. <strong>This</strong> will<br />

guide visitors into the main entrance<br />

where ‘Ultra’ and 'The best of...’, two huge<br />

2.5 by 2.5 metre interactive virtual reality<br />

tableaux, will be on display.<br />

THEATRE DINING VIP SHOW WITH<br />

GREGG WALLACE<br />

On Wednesday 30 <strong>October</strong>, immersive<br />

dining experts Funicular are inviting<br />

brave <strong>London</strong>ers to sell their soul for a<br />

VIP train ticket to the depths of the<br />

Underworld, with TV’s Gregg Wallace.<br />

Onboard, guests will feast on a<br />

devilishly tasty last meal prepared by<br />

MasterChef: The Professionals 2017<br />

finalist Louisa Ellis, whilst being<br />

immersed in a fairy tale all the way to<br />

hell. Following the show, Gregg and<br />

Louisa will be on hand to answer<br />

passenger’s ‘burning’ questions.<br />
