NEW PRODUCTS – NEW PRODUCTS – NEW PRODUCTS PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY BOOST WITH MAXIMILL 271 MILLING SYSTEM The ability to achieve cost-effective, secure, milling, with added process flexibilty is now a reality thanks to the development of CERATIZIT’s MaxiMill 271 indexable insert milling system. The extremely soft-cutting MaxiMill 271 tool system can be used for a wide variety of applications and offers a range of effective options to produce high quality surface finish. Further advantages are that the design of inserts and cutter bodies also enhance tool life and aid effective removal of swarf from the hot zone. MaxiMill 271 is designed, therefore best suited, to applications where face, slot and chamfer milling are required.
